Men's Soccer Falls to Slippery Rock

BLOOMSBURG-- The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team lost to Slippery Rock on Saturday, 1-0, in overtime.

After a scoreless first half in which each team took six shots, the teams played a scoreless second half with the Rock holding an 8-6 edge in shot attempts.

Then, in the 94th minute, Slippery Rock's Nick Christy scored unassisted to give the Rock the victory.

The Huskies fall to 2-10-2, 2-9-1 in the PSAC, with the loss. Bloomsburg is at Millersville on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
